A timeless master plan reinvented with ingenious design principles
Village is an enormous 40 acres mixed use campus, in which 3.5 acres is dedicated to residential purposes.
Design includes two towers, senior living and residential. This 22 level housing of 1,2 and 2.5 BHK units is accommodated by 3 Stilt and a basement for parking.
Inherited from the master plan are few design principles, including - cost efficiency, well-defined man and vehicle circulation, and sand provision of landscaped networking spaces. There are also clubhouse amenities, apart from what is provided in the master plan.
Architecture of this design reflects contemporary Indian context with beige and white sober colour combinations.
