The building has a height of 70 meters, making it a tall tower. This tower is equipped with a two core that forms the backbone of the structure. In addition, there are four levels of basement, two of which are outfitted with stack parking facilities.
It comprises of

  • Office Space in 4 Storeys of office space
  • Hotel in 7 Storeys and 2 storeys for amenities.
The ground floor of the building features three designated car drop-off points, each providing individual access to the main lobbies of the hotel, offices, and retail spaces.
These lobbies contain mainly public spaces such as Lounges, F&B and dedicated escalators to all retail levels.
