The Office building for DE Shaw is located in the heart of the City - Film Nagar, overlooking KBR Park, which is one of the largest protected parks of the City. The setting of the site is on a hillock, hence the site excavation,design process and execution resemble historic construction of the Kailash temple in Ellora.

The design of this 5-storied building was executed with latest pre-cast technology, with all the finer details to meet the client requirements. The structural elements, spans, and design of services have been made to suit the pre-cast method. 11m spans have been fully explored to the benefit of the end users of office spaces. Two-tier basement for parking and interactive spaces on the terrace have been planned for the employees of the office complex.
