The project envisages the concept of Mixed use development consisting of residential, retail, entertainment, food courts and cinema near Vijayawada in Mangalgiri. The Design attempts to integrate the activities in a unique way to entertain the visitors and at the same time keep the privacy of the residents as an important objective. The 5 levels of Retail, food courts, bowling alley and cinema abuts the 45m wide road in the front and a private 12m wide road leads to the residential development with the stipulated 10%tot -lot separating the two functions.
