This residential development includes 9 residential towers redefining luxury and opulence. They house 3 BHK units with an area ranging from 1500sft to 3000sft. Luxury towers scale down the horizon with sky bridges connecting amenities between towers, thus allowing more ease of access while giving eccentricity & character to the facade.
The idea for this residential enclave is to create state-of-the-art residential high rise apartments and sky villas. The articulation of the site plan is such that it provides the maximal setback between the blocks, but the fluid parametric club house acts as a focal point. The main vocabulary of the premises is set by the material used for elevation features like wooden louvres, exposed concrete panels, green screen & covers.
