The project envisages the concept of mixed use development consists of residential, retail, entertainment, food courts and cinema in the developing city. The Design attempts to integrate the activities in a unique way to entertain the visitors and keep the privacy of the residents as an important objective.
The 5 levels of Retail, food courts, bowling alley, cinema abuts the front 45m wide road and a private 12m wide road leads to the residential development with the stipulated 10% tot-lot separates the both functions.
The 500 plus units residential development has been designed on a landscaped podium to provide and extended green zone from ground level to podium level.
